Welcome to Eastwood Hospitality. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and the purchase of meals, provisions, catering, and other products or services offered by Eastwood Hospitality.

By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Services

Eastwood Hospitality offers prepared meals, provisions, catering, culinary experiences, and other food-related products and services.

Our menus are subject to change based on seasonality, ingredient availability, supplier availability, and other factors. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to provide a reasonable representation of our products; however, because our food is prepared by hand, appearance and ingredients may vary.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, payment, delivery, and other information when placing an order.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be displayed or communicated where required.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product unavailability, or circumstances that prevent us from safely fulfilling the order. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded.

3. Final Sale Policy

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our food products, all purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of food products.

If an item is missing, damaged, incorrect, or there is a concern regarding the quality of your order, please contact Eastwood Hospitality as soon as possible after receiving it. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered preparation, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations.

For catering, private events, group cooking experiences, or other specially arranged services, separate cancellation, deposit, and payment terms may apply. These terms will be communicated when the service is booked.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery or pickup information.

Delivery times provided by Eastwood Hospitality are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive an order where necessary and for promptly and safely storing perishable food after delivery or pickup.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer or from food being left unrefrigerated or improperly stored after successful delivery or pickup.

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Eastwood Hospitality may offer products containing or prepared around common allergens, including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, sesame, fish, and shellfish.

While reasonable care may be taken when accommodating dietary requests, our food is prepared in a kitchen where multiple ingredients and allergens may be present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Customers with food allergies or significant dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available ingredient and allergen information and informing us of relevant dietary requirements.

7. Food Storage & Consumption

Customers should follow any storage, refrigeration, reheating, or consumption instructions provided with their order.

Once an order has been delivered or picked up, the customer is responsible for properly storing, handling, reheating, and consuming the food.

Products should not be consumed if they have been stored or handled contrary to the instructions provided or applicable food-safety practices.

8. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, errors may occasionally occur in product descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs, or other content.

We reserve the right to correct errors or update information when reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

The Eastwood Hospitality name, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, written content, menu descriptions, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Eastwood Hospitality unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, engage in fraudulent transactions, access systems without authorization, or use our website for unlawful purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payment processing, website hosting, ordering, or delivery.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.

12. Limitation of Liability
