Hot Honey

Sweet heat with a savoury kick. Our hot honey is a personal favourite, made with market-sourced hot chilies, shallots, garlic and fresh thyme, slowly infused into honey to build layers of warmth, aromatics and just the right amount of heat.

This secret weapon is best spooned over our Weekly Feature, tossed on chicken wings, drizzled over pizza or glazed on your favourite grilled meats.
